Junior/Senior/Master:
Body Control Exercise 1a The exercises are shown on this Level X Artistic Swimming Virtual Land Games – Document and shown below.
If the swimmers can please film themselves or get an adult to video them following the guidance in the document then we can see how everyone is doing. (Send these to Christine by 4th April, ready for our next catchup on 6th April at 6:30pm)

Guidance to Coaches & Parents:
Please watch this Flexibility video before your athlete or child completes this session.
The instructor is not wearing clothing recommended by Swim England. You can select one of the other flex videos to replace this if you feel this is not suitable. However, the activity is extremely useful for left and right leg splits.
All sessions are appropriate for 12u and 13-18 group athletes, all activity is undertaken at your own risk.
